Using this site
These terms govern use of Deckfable’s website and purchases from Deckfable LLC. Use the site only if you agree to them. To place an order you must be at least 18 or the legal contracting age in your state, and have authority to enter the transaction. A buyer acting for a business must be authorized to bind that business.
Listings, prices and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars and displayed product prices include applicable sales tax. We may correct listing errors, discontinue products, limit quantities per person or household, or withdraw unavailable stock. Product images are reference images; manufacturer packaging can vary. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order or ask whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Order review
Submitting an order is not automatic acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, investigate suspected fraud, verify order or payment information, or cancel an unavailable or mispriced item. If we cancel your order, we will refund it in full. Contact us if information in an order needs correction.
Pre-sales and price changes
Pre-sale purchases are paid in full when ordered under the applicable payment arrangement. Manufacturer release dates may change; dispatch is within 1–2 business days after official release. Paid pre-sales ordinarily cannot be cancelled or modified. If the manufacturer cancels the release, we will provide a full refund. Statutory shipment-delay cancellation and refund rights are unaffected. After a purchase, a market increase does not increase your price and a market decrease does not create a price-difference refund.
Returns, cancellation and delivery
The Returns and Refunds Policy governs eligibility, authorization, free approved return labels, refunds and conditional cancellation requests. The Shipping Policy sets out shipping scope and timing. There is no cancellation penalty or return-label charge. Ordinary cancellation restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Sealed contents and manufacturer issues
We do not promise particular cards, autographs, memorabilia, pulls, hits or insertion ratios within sealed products. Manufacturer card defects inside sealed products are referred to the manufacturer; contact us for help locating the claim process. These limits on collectible contents do not remove remedies expressly offered in our returns policy or nonwaivable legal rights. Contact us immediately if you question a product’s authenticity.
Content and acceptable use
Deckfable branding and original site content belong to Deckfable LLC or the relevant rights holder. Browsing and purchasing do not grant permission to reproduce content, product photographs or descriptions, use protected branding, or scrape product data. Request written permission for other uses. Do not break the law, interfere with systems, use automated purchasing or scraping tools, submit false order information, impersonate others, harass people, or resell contrary to applicable manufacturer agreements. We may restrict accounts or future orders for misuse.
Liability and circumstances outside our control
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental and consequential losses, including lost profits, data or time. Liability relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Natural disasters, public-health emergencies, government action, carrier strikes and manufacturer supply problems can cause delays beyond our control; we will work to communicate and resolve them. These limitations do not excuse mandatory shipment-delay notices or refunds and do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law, changes and severability
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, Iowa law governs these terms and disputes are to be brought in the state or federal courts in Polk County, Iowa. We may revise these terms on this page; continued use after a revision is subject to the updated terms as applicable. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder.
