Our business is based at 3947 E 14th St, Des Moines, IA 50313, United States. We serve collectors across all 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Our address also accepts authorized returns after support approval; no walk-in or drop-off service is offered.
What matters when collecting
We offer authentic collectibles and clear product information. Check the exact set, format, language, finish and condition where listed. Sealed products are unopened packaged goods; that description does not apply to single cards or every item we carry. If something is unclear, ask us before choosing.
A collection can start with one card or grow a box at a time. Our support contacts are available for questions about a listing, an order or a return. We do not promise particular pulls, card values or investment returns.
Shipping and service
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday ship the same day under our Shipping Policy. Weekend and federal-holiday exceptions are explained there. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We pack products with cushioning and reinforced cardboard boxes to protect them in transit. If something arrives damaged, keep the product sealed and retain its packaging. Contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photographs and your order number.

A pack, box and case are different formats: check the listing for the exact contents, selected options and price.
Return terms you can read
Eligible unused, unopened sealed goods in their original condition have a 90-day return window after delivery. Wrong items must be reported within 7 days and delivery damage within 48 hours after delivery. All approved eligible returns are free, including the prepaid label. Single cards, graded cards and opened sealed products are excluded. Read our Returns and Refunds Policy before sending anything back.
